In scrub oak on hillside, 100 feet W of creek on edge of cultivated field, about 500 feet N of E-W county road, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Sec. 22.
4 inch red oak (blazed) S 31°45' E 4 feet
8 inch white oak S 41°15' E 13 feet
6 inch red oak N 40°45' W 34 feet
Up 6 feet in 60 feet from floodplain.


Monument G-1-L 6 feet W of fence, in pasture on gentle slope near oak grove, about 500 feet N of county road, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Sec. 23.

Up 3 feet in 70 feet from floodplain.
(Found lying loose along fence at E side of cultivated field, in 1969. Reported to have been removed from location farther west, new in open, cultivated field.)
